What support is there?

With short weekly homework challenges to put skills into practice, you’ll have everything you need to write an exciting, practical patient communications plan in just a month! 

There’s also a private study group on Facebook where you can share ideas and get feedback in a safe, supportive environment with fellow practice managers, PCN leads and your tutor.

Who is the course actually for?

It’s for the person(s) working in the PCN or practice (further known as ‘comms queen’ or ‘whizz’) who’s going to be responsible for much of the delivery.

This course covers both the theory but mostly the practical skills you need to communicate well to patients. 

When does the course go on sale and start?

The course goes on sale from Monday 6th July. The course starts week commencing 10 August 2020. We'll release the dates and times of the online sessions when the course goes on sale.
